MaIN Event is Women IN Philanthropy’s annual campaign event, open to all women in the Cleveland Jewish community. Women IN Philanthropy empowers women to leverage our collective power, strengthen our vibrant Cleveland community, and impact our world. Being part of our 2025 Campaign for Jewish Needs declares your personal commitment to honor traditional Jewish values of tzedek (justice) and gemilut chasadim (acts of loving kindness).

Join us for a special opportunity to come together with friends old and new, feel proud and inspired by our community’s collective work and the annual campaign, and ensure our community is HERE FOR GOOD.

Hear from Adeena Sussman, The New York Times best-selling cookbook author, and honor Dassi Shtern, recipient of the 2024 Irene Zehman Volunteer Award.

Our program will highlight powerful stories of women who have embodied Hineni (Here I am). Hineni has taken on a deeply personal significance for each of us since October 7, 2023. We step forward, often in small but profound ways. Each woman’s Hineni is a declaration of her willingness to be present, take action, and contribute to tikkun olam (repairing the world). As women. As Jews. As a community.
