The Administrative Specialist – Women in Philanthropy/Campaign is a critical member of the Campaign Team, providing administrative support to the Women in Philanthropy (WiP) division and as well as to other areas of the Campaign Team and Development Department. This position will support all Campaign activities, including event support, event and fundraising reporting, donor inquiries, attendance tracking, acknowledging new donors and donors who move to new giving levels, and more. This position will directly support the Director of Women in Philanthropy, as well as the Women in Philanthropy Associate and other Campaign Team members.
The Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) serves as part of the senior management team and directly supports the top professional officer on the local, national, and overseas agenda.
Under the supervision of the Fiscal Area Coordinator, the Fiscal Assistant / Data Entry Specialist provides data entry and administrative support for the fiscal department. This position is primarily responsible for managing the flow of checks and wire transfers into and out of the fiscal department; ordering office supplies; performing the general filing (both paper and electronic) needs of the department; and other tasks as assigned.
A successful PJ Library Engagement Ambassador is warm, compassionate, and genuinely interested in getting to know new families. Their personal knowledge, experiences, and involvement in the Jewish community allow them to connect families to additional local program opportunities. An ambassador enthusiastically leads creative programs in Cleveland, tailoring to the interests of families.
The Systems Engineer is responsible for a broad range of tasks related to the overall design, installation, maintenance, enhancement, optimization, security, and documentation of Federation's network and systems. The Systems Engineer will actively monitor, diagnose, and resolve systems issues, optimize system performance, provide hands-on day-to-day support, and implement infrastructure improvement initiatives. Preferred candidates are continuous learners, possess a strong work ethic, and have experience managing network environments which minimize operational issues and maximize security.
