Description
Network with fellow real estate professionals and participate in a hard hat tour of the Raye, the new and under construction Van Aken Phase II Apartments. Following the tour, Albert Ratner, partner at RMS and former CEO Forest City Enterprises, Inc., and Jon Ratner, partner at RMS, will discuss the history and successful transformation of the Van Aken District development in Shaker Heights.

Due to the nature and format of this event, there is limited capacity for attendance. We ask that Young Leadership Division (YLD) guests 45 years old and younger consider making a minimum gift of $1,000 (Ben-Gurion Society) to the 2025 Campaign for Jewish Needs. For those above this age, we ask that guests consider donating a minimum of $2,500 to the 2025 Campaign for Jewish Needs.
