Looking for a fun book that siblings of different age groups can enjoy together? Siblings Noa (age 5), Sam (age 2.5), and Jonah (age 2.5), worked with their parents, Stacey and Polly, to compile a list of their favorite PJ books to read all together. When they're not reading, this PJ Library family can be found exploring, and spending time with their two dogs, Toby and Idgie.

Anthony and Erica Lazzaro of Moreland Hills love living in Jewish Cleveland. Along with spending time in the community as members of Park Synagogue and as a Gross Schechter Day School family, the Lazzaros enjoy the Cleveland Metroparks and snacking on the many choices of ice cream around the city with their children.

The Vilensky family of Solon is passionate about volunteering in Jewish Cleveland. Seth and Emily, as well as their two children, give of their time wherever they can. “It is sort of a win-win because we can spend time together and do something to better the world,” they said. “We know that many activities and organizations cannot run without the help of volunteers.”

Drs. Mindy and Jason Streem of Solon love being a young family in Jewish Cleveland - from enjoying the outdoors in Cleveland Metroparks with their two boys to sitting down for quiet Shabbat dinners at home.

Caring for these cemeteries is one of the highest mitzvot we can achieve. Michael and Rivki Ebner of Beachwood are part of that preservation effort; along with their children, they volunteer their time to help clean up these cemeteries.

Many children will be saying "Shalom Chaverim" or "bye friends!" to their school pals this month, and saying hello to the fun summer days of play.
