YLD’s How Do You Jew?

Federation's Young Leadership Division (YLD) is partnering with jHUB for a unique and informative program, How Do You Jew? featuring educator and activist, Elliot Vaisrub Glassenberg.

Come meet fellow young leaders from Cleveland for a meaningful topic on why many young Jews today aren't connected to traditional Jewish traditions, yet still want a meaningful relationship with Judaism and Israel.

How can Jews around the world work together to create new, relevant approaches to Jewish expression and engagement, and how can the Israeli secular Jewish renaissance serve as a model and inspiration?

Cleveland Israel Arts Connection Open House
Unfolding Nature: Dancing Through Waves

You are invited to the Roe Green Gallery for an open house of the Cleveland Israel Arts Connection exhibit, Unfolding Nature: Dancing Through Waves by Israeli artist Shony Rivnay. The collection is a series of vibrant paintings, filled with characteristic biomorphic shapes that have been deliberately exaggerated and infused with harmony. The choreography of the work is laced with intense forms and unexpected colorations. The work is based upon the visual images derived from other disciplines, particularly that of music. The compositions are precisely correct and Rivnay succeeds in his efforts to find order in abstraction.
