The Beit Shean Leadership Program

Through Cleveland's 25+ year partnership with its sister city of Beit Shean, Israel, we have helped to create sustainable change to improve the quality of life for all residents. We will continue in making Beit Shean a thriving and vibrant community for generations to come.
The Beit Shean Leadership Program was established to create community leaders who will continue implementing initiatives in Beit Shean. Bridge to the Future, a Jewish Federation of Cleveland supported program, is currently in the process of recruiting 16 Beit Shean professionals from the business, public, and nonprofit sectors to participate in the second cohort of the Beit Shean Leadership Program, which will launch in late March 2023 and will culminate with a delegation to Cleveland in October 2023.
