The Jewish Federation of Cleveland, in partnership with Gesher Cleveland and the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, is holding a free legal clinic on August 27 from 9:30 – 11:30 am at Green Road Synagogue (2437 South Green Road, Beachwood).

The clinic is open to low-income Jewish community members. Interested attendees may walk-in or set up an appointment to talk with a lawyer about civil matters like landlord/tenant disputes, family issues, or employment disputes. Attendees are encouraged to bring important papers with them to the clinic. All discussions between attendees and lawyers are confidential.

This is the third free legal advice clinic that these organizations have offered to the Jewish community. Pro Bono guidance at the clinic is provided through IMPACT!, the Federation’s volunteer initiative for adults 50+, and the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.

For more information or to make an appointment, please email shyman@jcfcleve.org or call 216-593-2887.
