With unemployment prevalent in the autism community, we applaud The Jewish Federation of Cleveland for incorporating people with Autism Spectrum Disorders as interns into their organization and inviting Milestones' Program Director Beth Thompson to provide training to their Development and IT departments.
Beth gave them an overview of ASD and how to ensure success for individuals with autism as they're integrated into a business team. We're proud to support efforts to create a truly inclusive work environment where all members of the community are valued for their abilities and talents.
