To thank the frontline workers in Jewish Cleveland, the Jewish Federation of Cleveland had over 2,200 grocery and gas gift cards delivered to Menorah Park, Montefiore, Jewish Family Service Association, and Bellefaire JCB.
Many people have made it a practice to give their time, talent and treasure to make the world a better place. They often give to the same organizations year after year, to annual campaigns, specific programs or certain interest areas.
The Jewish Federation of Cleveland today announced that Enid Rosenberg has been named the 96th recipient of the Charles Eisenman Award, the Jewish Federation of Cleveland’s highest civic honor for outstanding contributions to our community. The Federation will recognize Rosenberg and celebrate our community at the 116th Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 14. All are welcome to attend this virtual event.
Dr. Michael Roizen, chief wellness officer emeritus at the Cleveland Clinic, stressed physical distancing, hand washing, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and other less commonly known measures to best protect yourself and others from COVID-19 as states start to re-open.
